Halo setting
If you’re looking for attention-grabbing jewellery, the halo setting is a perfect choice. Composed of a central diamond surrounded by a group of smaller gems, it is sure to impress. And because of the nature of this design, the main gemstone will appear bigger than its actual size, resulting in a dazzling piece that is larger-than-life.
Bezel setting
The bezel setting adopts a raised collar that surrounds the gemstone. This offers a snug fit to keep the diamond securely in place. This setting creates a protective rim around the diamond, making it ideal for those with active lifestyles, and the gem itself is less likely to scratch anything it comes into contact with.
Tension setting
A more modern choice, the tension setting holds gemstones in place by compression as opposed to prongs or bezels.
